About Karol Ward, L.C.S.W. 

Karol is a licensed psychotherapist, nationally recognized speaker and writer. She is also the creator of Find Your Inner Voice, the body-mind method that combines body-mind awareness and practical goal setting. Karol bases her work on the importance of the body-mind connection. She teaches people how to link their hearts and their heads when making decisions by showing them how to tap into their own bodies for insight and intuitive information.

Ward holds an MA in Social Work from Fordham University, a B.A. in Psychology and Communication, certification from The Center for Reichian Energetic Therapy and is certified as an EMDR practitioner. She currently leads workshops and groups focusing on the Find Your Inner Voice method for achieving life goals. She combines her training as psychotherapist with her passion for communication by conducting a variety of presentations and workshops for such clients as Viacom/MTV, The 92nd Street Y-Makor-Steinhardt Center, The Renfrew Center Foundation, IDEA Health and Fitness Association, Hunter College, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association, Fashion Institute of Technology, Professional Women’s Alliance, McBurney YMCA, In Fitness & In Health, National Association of Women Business Owners and Dowling College.

Karol is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, The New York State Society for Clinical Social Work and New York Women in Communication.
